The small 5-room apartment on the attic floor from the 1960s was completely restructured, renovated and modernized.

The farsightedness through the window fronts on the southwest side tempted us to open the rooms and thus generate a view through the entire apartment but also onto the entire window front.

Equally important to us was the elaboration of the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen was adapted and perfected to suit the user's processes. Selected stylistic elements and optimized space planning turned the very small bathroom into a comfortable bathroom that meets all requirements.
