debatorium

Knowledge is never complete, but rather relative - but how do we deal with knowledge? The debatorium is a place where the handling of it is observed. Realities should be put in relation, combinations and categorizations tried out and knowledge permanently expanded, deepened and questioned. Anyone who visits the debatorium can acquire knowledge and contribute their own skills to the spiral of knowledge and connections. In the former Halle Observatory there are work booths for focused individual work, which, when open, transform the tower into a large debating room. If you just want to be sprinkled with knowledge, you can browse through unlimited digital archives in the next building or sit down on a fold-down stool on the catwalks during the debates or simply stroll through the rooms and let the interior design take effect. Regardless of whether useful and desired or useless and unexpected knowledge is acquired here, the aim is to become part of science yourself through democratic means.
