Villa Anna

"Between functional and architectural monument"

The Villa Anna is a house with a lot of history and importance and is located at 1900 meters above sea level. in the south tyrolean Alps. Since the pension and the butcher's shop were closed 30 years ago, the house has stood unused and abandoned in the middle of the village. Nothing has ever been changed and that is exactly the basis of our vision:
After its renovation, Villa Anna will offer five attractive holiday apartments of different sizes with a unique flair.
The conversion relies heavily on the preservation of the elements that are important for a monument. Each of the five apartments should be unique. We invest a lot of time in the balance between existing and modern design. Some of the furniture, colours, kitchens and bathrooms are taken out of stock or adapted to them with a modern touch.

This project is currently being implemented. We will publish the result here in early 2023.

Activity: design and planning, construction management of interior architecture
